How we help
Sole Train follows a simple plan where we:
Identify your goals
Work on fine motor skills, progressing to gross motor skills
Advance to more athletic or occupational exercises (case dependent)
What do I need to train?
In most cases, you don't need any fancy gym equipment to train with us. Just your workout clothes and a good pair of runners. We'll take care of the rest! We bring simple workout tools like light weights, resistance bands, and balance discs with us.
$97 + HST per session
