Sole Train believes in training for function. In other words, training for tasks you perform daily!

How we help

Sole Train follows a simple plan where we:

  1. Identify your goals

  2. Work on fine motor skills, progressing to gross motor skills

  3. Advance to more athletic or occupational exercises (case dependent)

What do I need to train?

In most cases, you don't need any fancy gym equipment to train with us. Just your workout clothes and a good pair of runners. We'll take care of the rest! We bring simple workout tools like light weights, resistance bands, and balance discs with us.


$97 + HST per session
